The ground floor of the proposed 3 storied building has been completed during 2007. It was inaugurated by Sri.Gokulam Gopalan, Member of Guruvayoor Devassom Board and Social worker of the state during March 2007.Many eminent persons were present in the fuctions like Swami Poornamruthananda Puri of Amruthananandamayi Math, Swami Purandaranandha, VHP State Organising Secretary Sri.Kummanam Rajasekharan,VHP State President Sri.K.V.Madanan, Rashtreeya Swamsevak Sangham, State Sangha Chalak Sri.P.E.B Menon, Rashtreeya Swayam Sevak Sangham State Pracharak Sri.A.Gopalakrishan, District Wellfare officer Sri.Yoshith, Tripunithura MLA R.Babu and witnessed by a large croud of Well wishers.

The site of the Asramam has been rendered by the State unit of the Viswa Hindu Parishad, Kerala.
